Agent T&Cs

Introduction 

This contract ("Contract") is made effective as of 08/02/2024, between Real Savings UK Ltd, located at REAL SAVINGS UK LTD Unit A 82 James Carter Road Mildenhal Suffolk IP28 7DE registered under Company Number 15269877 ("Real Savings UK Ltd"), and respective agents who make submissions
Scope of Work 
1. Hours and Lead Generation: The Introducer shall have the flexibility to choose their working hours. The Introducer agrees to generate leads by any means they deem appropriate and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.

2. Lead Collection: The Introducer shall collect details of potential loan customers and their financing requirements, including relevant financial documents.

3. Commission Structure: The Introducer shall receive a commission equal to preagreed commission received by Real Savings UK Ltd for each successful conversion resulting from the leads provided. This commission rate shall increased if 4 leads are successfully converted, calculated on a calendar monthly basis. Resets to 40% at the start of each new month. 4. Commission Adjustment: Real Savings UK Ltd reserves the right to alter the commission structure with 30 days' notice in case of extenuating circumstances. 

Exclusivity and Non-Competitive Clause 

1. Exclusivity: Introducer agrees that, during the term of this Contract, it shall engage exclusively with Real Savings UK Ltd for the purpose of lead generation and conversion. Introducer shall not engage any other party for similar services.  

2. Non-Competitive Clause: The Introducer agrees not to engage in any activity that directly competes with the business interests of Real Savings UK Ltd for a period of 3 months from the effective termination date of this Contract. This includes, but is not limited to, providing similar services to competitors or soliciting customers of Real Savings UK Ltd for similar services. 
 
 
Term and Termination 
1. Term: This Contract shall commence on the effective date and shall remain in effect until terminated as provided herein.

2. Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract with 30 days' written notice. However, termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date. 
 
 
 
 
Confidentiality 
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Contract. 
Governing Law 
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 

Payment: 
1. Commission Disclosure: Real Savings UK Ltd will clearly communicate to the Introducer the commission structure offered by the lender for each successful transaction. Real Savings UK Ltd will also CC the Introducer into any email correspondence between the Introduced Client and Real Savings UK Ltd, providing a transparent transaction trail.

2. Payment Schedule: Real Savings UK Ltd will make every reasonable effort to remit payment to the Introducer either on the day after receiving payment from the Lender or at the end of each week, depending on the volume of transactions. The payment schedule to the Introducer will replicate the payment structure received from the Lender.
